So how much will my Winnipeg Landscaping project Cost?
The reality is it is very likely gonna cost more than your budget. We are all guilty of wanting more than we can afford, it’s only human nature.
But don’t worry! You can still get your dream project completed. Although most of us have limited budgets we can still control the time we take to complete the project by phasing.
Phasing your project over a few seasons from a well designed Landscape master plan will actually save money. This approach will also allow you to enjoy each phase and tailor future phases.
The majority of our clients complete their landscape renovations in phases.
Return on Investment (ROI):
Most research reflects that spending 10%-20% of your home’s value on landscaping and outdoor improvements can add value within 3-5 years. If you plan to move within 3-5 years we will recommend minimal improvements that address drainage and minor cosmetic changes.
Other factors that influence the price are your taste and style.
Most people fall somewhere between classical and natural to controlled modern minimalist; your gardening skill level – green thumb or “never touched a plant in my life”; your hands-on ability – full DIY mode or leave for vacation and come home to a finished project are all parameters that a good designer will considering when helping you create the master landscape plan.
